How We Started
We’ve built eMoney Solutions on the foundation of trust, integrity, and dependability. Founded in 2011 by Herve Tairou, our financial organization is headquartered in Mauritius and operates primarily in Central and West African countries, bringing payment digitalization to the forefront while promoting an advantageous cashless economy. With a firm belief in the value of financial inclusion, our solutions connect vendors and consumers, offering a convenient way to pay, even for the unbanked. Green Pay, a joint venture between eMoney Solutions and several other investors, was initially established in Ivory Coast and currently specializes in providing digital payment acceptance services.
Our digital finance corporation aims to help merchants go digital while providing consumers with a convenient, cashless way to pay for goods and services. In addition, we’ve taken the initiative to partner with other leading financial organizations on our quest to raise awareness of Fintech and its many advantages, including Oragroup, the Niger Post, and the Bank of Africa. With 11 years of extensive experience in the industry, we continue to push for the digitization of payments across the board, making great strides within countless communities.

Hervé TAIROU
Founder and CEO
Has more than 20 years of experience as a founder and CEO of companies, including two before eMoney Solutions. A visionary, he was often a pioneer in the fields of new technologies that he embraced. Hervé graduated from IRESTE (Nantes, France)
Charles KOUADIO
Chief Finance Officer
More than 20 years of experience as CEO/CFO of several African and European companies, mostly in the field of telecommunications. Charles has methodological skills focused on finance and project management. He is a graduate of ESCP and University of Paris V specialized in accounting, finance & audit.
Martin BIAOU
Chief Strategy Officer
More than 20 years of experience in different functions related to information systems, including banking, in different countries of West and Central Africa. With a double degree in electrical engineering from INPHB (formerly INSET) in Côte d’Ivoire and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, he is one of the company’s strategists, with a focus on partnerships and structuring projects.
Louis PERRIN
Chief Project Officer
More than 30 years of experience in the financial market sector in leading companies in France and Switzerland including SIX GROUP (Stock Exchange, Security processing, payment Services and financial information). With a double degree in IT Organization (IESTO-CNAM – France) and Marketing Research (Faculty of Clermont-Ferrand – France), his main skills are focused on project management, auditing and product management activities.
